I bought the SNES controllers off of amazon and they wont show up in retropie. Just says no gamepad detected. I read to go to command prompt and type lsusb. It shows my keyboard but no controllers. Anyone have any ideas on what I can do to fix this? I tested the controllers on my PC and they work fine.

I also made sure it had enough power. My arcade pad works fine and so does the keyboard. My pi is a B. I just updated retropie also so it is the most current version.

Here is a link to the product

Please add more info about your system - https://retropie.org.uk/forum/topic/3/read-this-first.
Are the pads connected directly or through a HUB ? Do you have any other configured services/programs on the PI besides RetroPie ?

They are hooked directly to the pi. I have nothing else running. It's a fresh microSD with only the retro image placed on it.

@m0nkey12345 What RetroPie image are you using ?
Can you post the output of lsusb and cat /proc/bus/input/devices ?
