PC retropie leaves slow games at 15/30 khz

Hello everyone, I have the following problem, when using my arcade monitor, the games are slow, even the lightest, but using the common monitor (lcd) does not.
To use the arcade monitor I need to set the resolution to 640x480, and the frequency to 15/30 kHz using the xrandr command, the desktop and the attract-mode work well only the games are slow.
