Looking for a retropie compatible pre-assembled Joystick controller

Any recommendations on the best. I tried to search but lot of my search came up ones that you have to assemble - looking for pre-assembled goodness! I am not looking to build an arcade cabinet - just want to simulate some classic arcade games on my retropie and monitor :)

@udubnate If you want good quality components out of the box then I'd recommend the Hori real arcade pro 4.
