I seem to be having a total brain fart because this should be simple. Every time I try to run something from the command line, I get a 'command not found' error. Something that should work without question is 'sudo $HOME/RetroPie-Setup/retropie_setup.sh' but it gives me 'command not found'. I can navigate down to the directory and try running it from the setup script spot, but it still says 'command not found'. I recently installed Skyscraper and I can't get that to run either. It gives me the same error.

      System info (typical):
      Rpi 3b
      RetroPie v4.4 from official image
      PSU 5W 2.5A official
1 joypad and 1 keyboard attached.

I am getting to the command line using F4 from ES. The only reason I am doing this is because Skyscraper tells me I have to run RetroPie setup from outside of ES. My last setup script update was yesterday. retropie setup runs from ES if I select it from the Retopie menu in ES. (Skyscraper will not run from that menu, though.)

I have to be missing something really stupid.

@Thorr69 Remember that command in Linux are case-sensitive, so sudo is not the same as Sudo. Are you using a keyboard or are you logged on via SSH ?

@mitu Indeed. I have been careful about case. I manage some old school UNIX boxes at work, so I am not unfamiliar with case issues. I am using a keyboard attached directly, not SSH.

Five reboots later, I was just able to get it to work. I have no explanation. (I have parkinson's and typically have a ton of typos, so I am going to just assume user error for now.)
