Installing Backdrops in Lr- Mame 2003 - plus

Hello!
I am struggling to install backdrops for the various arcade games that need them to be playable, particularly Armor Attack. I have not had success using rpie-ovl, as Armor Attack does not appear as an option in the automatic setup script.
The manual instructions in the README file also refer to files not included in the repository. The only ones there are a .ART file and a .PNG. No .CFG or anything else.
