[Solved] Help with snes-theme

Hi guys. So I'm new to all this retropie stuff and I'm really liking it. I installed the snes mini theme and I'm loving it. I loved it even more when I saw this image (from an answer in this thread). And, well, my point is, how can I customize the theme to look like that? I know I can change the layouts, background, etc. but I don't see how (at least not in the ## CUSTOMISATION GUIDE ##.txt file) I can make it look like the image. Do I have to manually edit the graphics to get this awesome nes-pacman look and feel or am I missing some configuration?

@tavuntu I think that's the nes-mini theme, not the snes-mini theme.

@tavuntu I believe the snes and nes themes by ruckage were combined at some point. If you install the snes mini theme there is a file you can edit to make it look like the snes or NES theme.

@tavuntu So you will need to go to

etc/emulationstation/themes/snes-mini/config.xml

and make your edits there to modify the look of the theme. In the snes-mini directory you'll see a file called customization guide that shows you all your different options (You can copy the background guides to your computer so you can see which style you like.

In the customization guide there is a section that looks like this:

How to change the style/region of the SNES Mini theme.

You have a choice of several theme styles in both Europe or USA region. Dependant on the style this will change the border, logos, icons, and backgrounds.

To change the style open the config.xml file.

Find the following line:

<include>./style/snes_europe.xml</include>

The available styles are:

snes_europe.xml - matches the look of the European SNES or Japanese Super Famicom
snes_usa.xml - matches the look of the USA SNES

nes_rich_europe.xml - matches the look of the nes-mini theme and uses a different style or colour for each system. Works best with the nes_mini backgrounds.
nes_rich_usa.xml - see above.

nes_simple_europe.xml - simpler version of the nes-mini theme. same colour and style for all sytems. Works well with any background.
nes_simple_usa.xml - see above.
