      If you used Universal XML scraper (screenscraper.fr) then you need to enable videos or it wont add them, also if you re-scraped with UXML and it saw that there were already png's and mp4's associated with a game then it skips over them. So delete or move the gamelist.xml, every png and mp4 and rescrape

        Universal XML scraper

        Using Selph´s scraper & screenscraper returns 1kb files only for mp4...
        If I download manually a video from screenscraper.fr & add to folder, it works fine WITHOUT omx acceleration.
        Acceleration causes problems.

          Acceleration causes problems.

          No, it's not - only for certain themes the video obstructs the artwork. The latest VLC version (used by default instead of the Omxplayer) is also using hardware acceleration to decode certain videos.

            Could be a firewall issue, run UXML as an administrator. Maybe check your security settings to see if its not being blocked; ad blocker?

            Do the scrapers make proper png's and game xml's?

              @GoldManSex778 Yes they do, but video files wit proper name & 1kb file size only.
              So it´s not firewall.

                @GoldManSex778 Currently UXML has some problems downloading videos (see https://retropie.org.uk/forum/topic/21423/).

                  @mha See https://retropie.org.uk/forum/topic/21423 - UXML has some problems at the moment with the ScreenScraper videos.

                    @mitu Thanks,
                    actually the same 233 bytes video-files I get there.

                    Will stop hitting my head to wall, and wait a bit :)
                    Won´t add manually ;)

                      Try using Skyscraper, it should work without fuss.
