Which games stand out?

1. Dimahoo - Frustrating, but fun considering it's a shmup and that's "my cup of tea". This however isn't as much fun as Dragon Blaze.

2. Balloon Fight - It. may be a Joust ripoff (Joust was made two years earlier), but it's fun and has more replay value.

3. Tinkle Pit - one of my favorite single screen games along with Susume Mile Smile / Go Go Mile Smile

4. Willow - a licensed movie game that isn't garbage? What? This and Hook are underrated games.

? I'm not sure I follow. Most licensed movie games are bad, but these are two that are not. Is that what you were referring to? Or the fact that I replied to your post that didn't specifically ask for a reply.

@pjft No No ... all the credits should fly out to @meleu for initiating the MAME RoW and @obsidianspider for keep them alive

And of course to you ;) - the creator of the custom collections feature.

I have also annother collection called "MAME the underrated gems" there I collect some of the games that were candidted but were not the MAME RoW winner. But be warned ... I like puzzle games and games from the early 80s ;)

Same here! I have a list of gems to track down and add to my MAME Cabinets.
