Added arcade ROM not showing up

It was some time ago since i setup RetroPie in my bartop. I'm probably making a simple mistake but just can't remember if there's a step that i've forgot about.
I'm trying to add bionicc.zip (Bionic Commando) to my roms/arcade folder. Well, i've added it but it won't show up amongst the other arcade games.
I've turned gamelist parsing to Off and rebooted the system but no go. Not sure what i'm doing wrong.
