New theme for portable/small screen devices.

It's available in the ES Themes manager to download and install.

I've created a new theme called "GameHAT" for my Waveshare GameHAT portable console.

The GameHAT has a 3:2 screen size ... so I wanted a theme that would show game snapshots but also be readable on the small screen.

It scales pretty well on a normal 1080p/720p screen also.

There's not any meta-data ... but the game name is easily read and the game snaps play and are easily viewed.

I've not tested the theme on other small screens, but I'm thinking smaller 4:3 screens, etc should also look pretty good too.

It's hard taking screenshots of my GameHAT ... but I was able to take some on my regular RetroPie build on my regular TV to be able to demo what it looks like.

There's a little over 230 systems/collections supported in the theme.
