      Hello

I'm working with a new 4.4 install (updated to 4.4.11) on a Raspberry Pi 3B+. I'd like to know if any theming options have been added to control the position of bar at the bottom of the screen (SELECT OPTIONS, START MENU, B BACK, A LAUNCH).

Essentially what I'm trying to do is make it so that my theme never has black bars around it regardless of whether the connected TV has overscan enabled or disabled. I'd like the pi configured to not use its own overscan compensation options. Instead I'd like the theme background to bleed to the screen edges no matter how much overscan the TV is applying, but position all elements of the theme such that they are within a "safe" area on the screen. Last time I modified my theme was for RetroPie 4.2, and as far as I recall that was not a capability that existed. Has this been added in a newer version?

@j-e-f-f you can turn the bar off ("UI Options" > "On screen help") and instead make the instructions part of your theme background graphic (in which case you can place them wherever you wanted).
