I am having a problem where EmulationStation is zoomed in, but the console and RetroArch aren't.
      Info:
      Device: Raspberry Pi 2B
      Power Supply: iPad Charging Brick
      RetroPie Version: 4.4
Build From: Installed on top of Raspbian Stretch
USB Devices: 2.4 Ghz WiFi Adapter, and an Afterglow PS3 Controller Adapter
      Controller: Afterglow PS3 Controller
Guide: I've used RetroPie many times, so I have it memorized
I have overscan enabled and overscan_scale=1 set in /boot/config, but it's still doing the same thing.

@EmanGaming Try disabling the overscan_scale, it should work without it. What resolution has your TV/monitor ? Are you using the HDMI directly / an adapter or the composite output ?

@mitu I have tried disabling it, it still doesn't work. I honestly don't know what the resolution is for my screen, I think it's 720x480. I'm actually using a car dvd player, the kind that straps onto the back of a headrest. I'm using the composite output.
EDIT: Ok then, I just rebooted without touching anything and it's working fine, so thank you for your help.
