Scrape images localy?

I've just started the scraper from terminal, using the command /opt/retropie
/supplementary/scraper/scraper -ss_user <my_username> -ss_password <my_password> -console_src ssand now they are all in ~/images, not sorted by system.
Is there a way to connect them to gamelist.xml, without having to do it manually for each rom?
If that's not an option, how can I scrape from ScreenScraper using the command? Can I add my username and password as parameters somewhere?
