USB HUB not detecting Joysticks
-
For a Raspberry Pi 3: I have seen issues other people have had with USB hubs, but my issue is that when plugged into the hub, the gamepads are not even detected. I have tried having the hub powered and not powered, but neither work. My buttons light up when plugged into the hub, but as stated before, the gamepads are not detected. FYI, I have tested plugging the gamepads directly into the pi, and they work fine. Thanks

@TheBlueBanner is it a usb 3.0 hub? There are quite a few 3.0 hubs that the pi doesnt play nice with.

Yes. I am using this https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00DQFGH80/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o05_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1. What hub would you suggest? Thanks.

@TheBlueBanner said in USB HUB not detecting Joysticks:
So, I received this USB hub. It worked! The only issue I have is that there doesn't seem to be enough power going to the LED lights, and they are dimmer than what I would like. I am not sure if there is anything I can do, but it worked none the less.
