Box Art and Video Snaps

Is there a scraper or an option that will put the box art out front and video snap in the background? If so how do I do this?

@cwalk828 Usually this is up to the theme, the scraper just downloads the files (images/videos) and adds them to the
gamelist.xmlused by Emulationstation. But I don't think this is supported by Emulationstation (playing video in the bg) - if you're interested in this kind of display I think Pegasus (another front-end) might support this.
