Screenscraper.fr add images to site

Can someone assist or know how to add box art or images to the website scrrenscraper.fr. I'm using XML Universal Scraper, for long now. I want all my previews to look the same. Example Images are attached. karnovr-image is missing the box art, while all the others are complete. I am using the resolution 1280 x 720 for all images.

@icvaalmall84 Create an account on their site and submit the missing artwork for the game in question.

Thank mitu for your response, I have got an account, I don't know were to post the missing images.
But all of a sudden my missing image has appeared after continue attempts since yesterday of scraping the same game over and over.
