[Theme] Mega Drive mini theme

Here's something that I created from scratch, feel free to use it if you want and decide to add arcade games support.
It's based on the Sega Mega Tech marquee / side art logo (like this https://www.flameport.com/equipment_repairs/sega_mega_tech/sega_mega_tech_system.jpg).

I'm eagerly looking forward to this when it comes out. I love your themes and this one looks like a great general purpose one.

By the way, about my arcade games support suggestion, I've found out that the "Wheel" visual option from Universal XML Scraper (only the arcade game lettering/logo with transparent background) works out really well as a replacement for the game covers, especially if you have a cover background frame.

@FlyingTomahawk Hey, good to hear from you, I hope you're okay. Sorry for the late reply, I was away on a European road trip for a whole month on a long overdue holiday (France, Andorra, Spain and Portugal to be exact). I thought you'd like the look of the theme as I know you're a big Mega Drive fan :) .

Hey, sorry for not replying sooner. No promises but the theme is pretty much ready to release at least for the sega systems I listed, I just need to tidy it up a bit and get some assets prepared for the box art so it can look it's best.SNES mini/Nes mini/Famicom mini theme developer.

Hello looks amazing, just finished a mega drive build with a raspberry pi, and this would be the finishing touch, when do you see a release date? Or could we try a early version as i only need it for sega console's? Keep up the great work
