Retro Sys - another commercial bundling/scam?

The ™ was a nice touch, especially when image search turns up almost identical variants from noted vendors such as Glotrue and Beckychoice. So: dodgy?
(NB: those aren't noted vendors, just in case the sarcasm didn't come through)

I very much doubt that they aquired the necessary licenses to sell the "20,000 retro games" they're advertising.

A glorified Pi setup with, most likely, RetroPie and ROMs being sold illegally. They're not even trying much with those terrible controllers and typical Chinese black case.

I don't understand how they eve manage to sell these. The images are easy enough to find for anyone who would want one. I can't even offload some surplus Pi 3 Model B's @ £15 a piece.
