      Considering getting a GPIO ribbon cable so I can use my RetroTink Ultimate, but keep my Pi3B+ in its fan case. I know there are different varieties of male to male, or to female etc. Perhaps someone more in the know can tell me the correct one for this job. Imgur pic here of the two GPIOs that I want to connect.

        I would think you would want male to female, something like the below though not sure if there is anything specific to this cables pinout, as long as they are matched 1 to 1 then I assume it would work. Also the male end will hopefully fit over the Retrotink board pins.
