Which MAME version is my game running?

Not long ago I ran across a list of the game roms and which version of MAME they are running while I was somewhere in the file manager. I cannot find that file again and it would be helpful to see a list showing which game are running which emulators.
I know I can go to each game and check, but that would be quite time consuming so an help will be appreciated.
I run everything from the arcade folder.

The file should be
/opt/retropie/configs/all/emulators.cfg- if you've chosen from the Runcommand launch menu an emulator for a ROM, then this is where the association is saved.
