      Can we export/import custom playlists?'
For example, I have a Pi 3 and Pi 4. On Pi 3 I've created the "CapNinja have a ball", "CapNinja saves the day" and "the last CapNinja on earth"and put 300 amazing curated games in these playlists, but now my Pi 3 will retire. Can I have my playlists on other Pi, without having to add every game again?

Playlists are just text files saved in $HOME/.emulationstation/collections, you can just copy them over. As long as you copy the source ROMs (the file is just a list of ROMs), then they should be preserved.
If you use via file shares, copy the \\retropie\configs\all\emulationstation\collections\ folder.
