      Well, my login is right. My password is right.
      There's not the "screenscaper" misspelling others reported in the past.
      But, I am always anonymous on skyscraper. To my surprise, screenscraper said I've logged only in 12/2018, but I'm scraping every now and then.
      Same in my Pi 3B 4.5.10, as Pi 4 4.5.10.
      Using original charger, Logitech USB keyboard and PS4 v2 controller

        @CapNinja please post a copy of your config.ini so we can see what is wrong. You can replace your actual login with user:password so that you don't give your login to the world.

            @CapNinja Change

            #[<SCRAPING MODULE, eg 'screenscraper'>]
            #userCreds="user:password"

            to

            [screenscraper]
            userCreds="user:password"

            make sure you remove the # on both lines like I did

                @quicksilver I'm having the same issue. I have an account and have modified the config file. Any thoughts on what's wrong. See here: https://pastebin.com/tMd5FUFR

                  @dwj926

                  In your config file, you did not take the semi-colons out:
                  ;[screenscraper]
                  ;userCreds="MYUSERNAME:MYPW"

                  Remove them and save, no need to reboot, SkyScrper should then tell you that it is trying log in with your username and if you have a bad password, it will tell you.
                  [screenscraper]
                  userCreds="MYUSERNAME:MYPW"

                      I have found this thread by search.
                      Apparently i have a similar issue but on my case i have put my current username and password to the right section but when try to launch skyscraper it's not be usage the corrent 20.000 limit but it's ever use "only" 10.000 so the login it's not work.

                      It's someone have a similar issue ?

                      EDIT
                      Sorry for editing this reply.. previously i have quoted a old reply.
                      Now my reply it's general :)
