      This is a windows utility that will facilitate setting up emulationStation, retroFE and Pegasus frontends.
      The program itself is very easy to use, with tooltips that explain functions and feedback in the statusbar, however some features are rough around the edges (art-scraping).
      It should be handy for anyone who wants to get something up and running quickly and for anyone wanting to test emulators.

      I have yet to have any contributions (financial or otherwise toward this project) but it's all open-source and I'm always happy to collaborate.
