Is there an update on an Official release of Retro Pie on the Pi 4?

@athornton For tracking retropie's progress: https://github.com/RetroPie/RetroPie-Setup
Unsupported weekly dev builds: https://files.retropie.org.uk/images/weekly/
No eta. -
The weekly builds are looking pretty good based on some videos I've watched recently. Most of them cite "issues" but nothing in particular. It seems like a decently safe time to hop in as long as you are O.K. with a less than perfect OS, and perhaps some troubleshooting.

Not having any issues. Enjoying the huge speed boost and being able to play games that were too slow before, as well as greatly increased performance from the Raspbian Buster desktop.

Can any of you tell me how to install a weekly?
Is it the exact same process as installing the old stretch versions?
Just got a RPI4 and would like to run RetroPie on it.

The weekly builds for RetroPie are at https://files.retropie.org.uk/images/weekly/. They're untested and unsupported.

Yes.

As an alternative to installing a weekly dev image, you can manually install on top of Raspbian Lite (latest version) following the documentation - https://retropie.org.uk/docs/Manual-Installation/.
