Hello! I’m having some issues with trying to access the RetroPie menu. It seems to show up but not everything is there, only the sound settings and the option to Quit. This only happens with custom themes and not carbon. what do I do?

If this is a Linux install, exit to the command prompt and run this:

        sudo ~/RetroPie-Setup/retropie_setup.sh

Then update all packages and reboot.

@KN4THX I did this through the GUI since I couldn't exit out using my keyboard.

          Nothing changed.

@itskryode You can also try reinstalling the core packages from that same menu. Anytime I've had parts or pieces missing one of those two usually seemed to work. If not, I would recommend posting more information about your setup so people can dig in deeper.

Ah, so it's not the RetroPie system that you cannot see, it's the EmulationStation menu. Did you, by any chance, switched EmulationStation to Kid mode ?
