Atomiswave or NAOMI will not show up on main retropie screen/menu.

I've got some Atomiswave and NAOMI games working (Pi4, Official Pi 4 image, flycast) but they are all in my Dreamcast folder.
I want my Atomiswave games to show up as "Atomiswave" on Retropie, same for NAOMI. I've got an Atomiswave as well as a Naomi folder, and the ROMs in the right place, but they won't show up on the main Retropie menu.
I thought Retropie would 'notice' ROMs and add the system to the menu like with NES/SNES/Arcade/Dreamcast, etc. Is there something I'm missing?

hello I would add atomsiwvae and naomi in my retropie too, but the link in your post has broken :(
