Updated flycast broke my Naomi games

I previously set up Naomi as per this guide:
https://retropie.org.uk/forum/topic/21987/sega-naomi-in-lr-reicast/10?_=1585155453057Now I updated lr-flycast from source and this broke my working Naomi games.
Did this happen to someone else at some point?
Any idea if some changes to flycast has been made that might break old Naomi setups?
Do I need to update my romset? If yes, how can I tell which one to use? -
As far as I know, you should be using the latest MAME ROMset for Naomi games - what format are your Naomi games ?
Also, a log file (with debug logging) might give an indication of why the games are not loading. -
