      so i go to pakages because i want to play nds roms like drastic or lr-desmume the i get git clone --recursive --depht 1 --branch reaster
      and it says that i schould go to /home/pi/retropie-setup/log/rps_2019-04-08_11310B.log.gz but cant find a thing please help i am new so please dont talk like a god

                Is your Raspberry Pi connected to the internet ?
                What version of RetroPie are you using (and don't say 'latest') ? It's shown on the top of the menu when you enter the setup script.

                    If you have no internet connection on the PI, then you can't install new packages - they're downloaded and installed from the internet.
