I have 4gb raspberrypi4 with the retropie 4 I updated from source yesterday.
      Overclocked to 2000mhz and 620mz

I have 2 killer instinct mame roms that load on lr-mame2016 but play extremely slow. Does anyone know of any killer instinct romsets that work in any mame emulators or FBA or fbneo? If so I'll just delete the roms I have and download a wlrmkng romset.

      Thanks for the help

@nda246 on my overclocked pi 4 killer instinct 1 is just about playable in mame2003 depending on how picky you are.

@quicksilver I thought I tried it and it kicked me back out. I'll try again but I think 2010 is the only thing I've gotten to load it. I'm new to all this. From what I read thebroms are specific to emulators so I figured I needed a new killer instinct romset for a different emulator. I might be misunderstanding.

I cannot get Killer Instinct to load at all. I have the .ZIP and the .CHD. Is there anything special I have to do with the files beyond putting them in the ROMS folder? I realise that the .ZIP should match the MAME version, is this the same for the .CHD?

            Thanks

            Currently running:
Retropie 4.8.9 on a Pi Zero 2W (Overclock Settings: CPU 1400Mhz)
            ES-DE on a GMKtec K6 (Windows 11, 32GB RAM)

@George-Spiggott the .chd should be in its own folder, the folder should have the same name as the rom. If that doesn't work then I think you have a romset version mismatch or a bad ROM. Ki works for me with mame2003.

Thanks, I have done that. I'll try different ROMS.
