      Hi All,
      Just started to try using the playstation 1 emulator. I have all the correct BIOS files and my roms are in cue/bin format, however, the performance on the emulator is very poor with lr-pcsx-rearmed - latency, jittery, choppy. Im running a 3b+.

      If I run the pcsx-rearmed emulator every works fine. No issues. I read previously to turn off rewind and a few other features but seem to be off by default.

      Also, the playstation 1 page on the docs is dead. I was referencing https://github.com/RetroPie/RetroPie-Setup/wiki/Playstation-1 for guidance.

      Thanks

            @patocox lr-pcsx-rearmed should work fine out of the box. Are you using the official retropie image? What settings have you changed from default?

              ok - i am using the official image but I have made some mods. Let me go back and review. Just knowing that it should work tells me it has to be my configs etc.

              Thanks for the sanity check @quicksilver

                @quicksilver
                please file this under bad behaviour on my part. Updating the setup-script and getting from source again fixed it..
                Thanks... sorry for the run around.
