Problem with some Naomi games

Hi all,
I'm new to the forum I hope to learn a lot and to be able to help other members.
I'm spending some time with my new raspberry 4 2G and I would like to play Naomi Games.
I have some roms that have a zip file and a folder containing generally a cad file. My problem is that in EmulationStation I see a entry for the zip file and one for the folder. There is a way to hide folder entry in EmulationStation?
