Hey, I am building a coffee table arcade that can play both GBA, GB, etc and I want to have a rotate button for when I am playing games like Galaga. Is it possible to set up a button for this or do you have to change the config.txt every single time?

If you want only certain games to be rotated, then you can use a per-ROM configuration override to rotate the screen when playing them, without rotating the whole display via
config.txt.
