Iso to BIN convert.

Ok, so getting to grips with Sega Mega CD roms. I have found that the only roms that work are Bin+Cue. Most in the various libraries download as ISO. the only solution for converting from ISO to BIN on a mac is using a program called 'PowerIso; but on a mac this can only be run using the terminal. I am a complete biff when it comes to using the mac terminal, so can someone either explain in simple layman's terms how to go about this, or know of any other solutions regarding getting the pre installed MEGA CD emulators to run ISO files?

Both emulators support ISO. You need a valid CUE file to load them. The pi is case sensitive so you can check that. If you mean ISO/MP3 with a CUE file, then those won't work. -
@Darksavior yes i have read that, and i managed to find some software that converts img to iso (which should work) but it won't. The game just resets back to the menu screen. Like I mentioned, the only file formats that work are bin+cue
