    Cannot launch retroarch on windowed mode

      Hello all, I am using Retropie debian version(https://retropie.org.uk/docs/Debian/) on Ubuntu 18.04.
      I used to have launching retroarch on windowed mode working fine, but after recently updating the retropie, it doesn't work anymore. On global retroarch config located in:
      /opt/retropie/configs/all/retroarch.cfg

      I have the following option as false. And I did not diverge to any core specific config.
      video_fullscreen = false

      However, whenever I launch any game, it always launches at full screen. Anybody experienced the same issue or know the solution to this?
