Just want to clarify something here.
Display framerate in Retro arch shows the emulation framerate, which for me seems to pretty much stay at 60fps.
Display internal frame rate shows the framerate of emulated system, which is the PS1 in this case. If this is dropping, that is what would happen on the real hardware.

Have I this correct? I just played coolborders 4 and the internal framerate was 7fps! There's no way they released the game like this surely? Crash team racing is going from 25-30 fps, which seems poor, but I could see this being acceptable in the 90s.

I'm trying to decide if I need to overclock this system (raspberry pi3), and the fact that the normal framerate is at a consistent 60fps leads me to believe I don't need to, but I'd like some clarification.

      Thanks in advance.
