Hi all. I can't get my Hori EX2 Fighting Stick for Xbox to work. When I plug in the USB the green LED segments around the Xbox button flash and settle on the top left LED for player 1. The 'Configure input' says ‘1 Gamepad detected’, but it doesn’t recognise any button inputs. I have the Xbox driver installed in RetroPie and a standard Xbox 360 wired controller works without problem.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Pi Model or other hardware: Pi ZeroW.
Power Supply used: Tried various. Generally an ‘Anker PowerPort 60W 6-port usb charger hub’ (up to 2.4A per port).
      RetroPie Version Used: 4.5.20
Built From: Pre made SD Image on RetroPie website.
USB Devices connected: Just the controller (see below)
Controller used: Hori Fighting Stick EX2 for Xbox 360.
Error messages received: none - Configure input says ‘1 Gamepad detected’ but doesn’t recognise any button inputs.
Log found in /dev/shm/runcommand.log (if relevant): N/A
Guide used: None specific - tried various fixes - none have worked so far.
      File: N/A
      Emulator: N/A
      Attachment of config files: N/A
How to replicate the problem: N/A

Is the controller functional - i.e. did you test it on a Windows system ?
