Pi Model or other hardware: 4
      RetroPie Version Used : 4.6
Built From: manual install on top of Raspbian following instructions from retropie.org.uk

Hello everyone, I cant make Retropie work unfortunately. I have a raspberry pi 4, I was hoping that with the release of the new RetroPie 4.6 I'd be able to make it work on the pi4 but although I manage to install it and to run emulationstation, all it shows is the configuration menu and no emulators at all. I triple checked that the emulator I want (MAME) is installed and I have some ROMs in there but I am stuck. I am using either keyboard or a Pimoroni console to control it, but really all i can do is scroll across configurations menu which is not a very exciting use haha.

I am a complete novice on raspberry/linux/retropie so would appreciate guidance on what to try next.

      Cheers,

      Manuel

Can you show a listing of the ROM folder on the Pi, where you copied the arcade ROMs ? If they're not in .zip format, then they will not show up.
