Trying to change to file.cfg
but i cannot
Permission denied
Cannot also copy files or remove from opt folder same thing
any help? -
Which file, full path, exactly ? The system's config file in
/etc/emulationstation/es_systems.cfgis not writable by the regularpiuser (as it has always been). -

yeha always change it to make different consoles .... Always ...
and cant copy files to opt /emulators ...
trying any way but not working... -
That's normal - you don't have permission as user
pito those locations. If you want to edit the.cfg, then check https://retropie.org.uk/docs/EmulationStation/#editing-es-configs and read carefully what are the downsides of customizing your ownes_systems.cfg. -
