Xbox bluetooth dongle issue

Hi all,
I have an xbox blutooth dongle that ive heard are good for using xbox controllers on my pi4.
I cant get the darn thing to pair.
The light wont even come on in the dongles body when i press the activation button. Please help i'm a total noob. Ty

The wireless Xbox dongle are not supported by default, since there's no driver. There is a recent project that aims to add support for it - you should check out https://github.com/medusalix/xow.
