not a bootable image

hi i have a Favorited retro pi image, i had to re do the image but when come to use etcher "it looks like this is not a bootable image" its 14.8gb in size.
i have searched up and down the internet for answers and there is nothing i can find...i can't even redownload the image again has its old from 2018 and just gone from the internet...is there anyway of making it bootable again ?
