      Completed build no problem and have downloaded retropie, burned to micro sd, inserted card into pi and boot. after sorting the hdmi signal problem retropie doesnt start.
      Spent the whole weekend downloading, reinstalling, formatting sd card etc but still no retropie.
      I'm a complete novice to all this,can anybody help please?

        What do you mean by retropie doesnt start ? Do you get any errors when EmulationStation starts ?

          @mitu nothing, blank screen. Press f4 to enter configuration, setup wifi connection, then type in the curl command and I get connot resolve host. Think maybe should have got rpi3?

            This means your WiFi/internet connection might not be working. Take a look at the documentation for Wifi and check if you've followed the correct steps to enable WiFi. If your internet is working but the 'curl command' is not, then maybe you miss-typed the URL.

              @mitu finally got it working with a Beta version of retropie, found some great Roms too, thanks for taking the time to help dude 👍🏻
