RPi4 + PSX ReARMed + PSX Games => Low Quality

Hi All,

I've succesfully installed Retropie on my newly receiver RPi4.
I've setup retroarch and PSX Rearmed to play PS1 on RPI.

But i encounter slow quality graphics with games (example :Metal Gear Solid or tekken 3 looks very pixelised).

I've put Enhanced Resolution and Video Settings in my retroarch Config but games still looks "dirty".

For exemple, Written things are difficult to read.
