      Hi all,
this is my first topic in the forum, I have in my house a bartop which uses a retropie system installed on raspberry pi3b and I use the EGSTARTS board to configure the joysticks and buttons.
Recently, I bought a Coin accepter and I'm trying to install it using as extra button in the EGSTARTS.

Using a 12v power supply of old PC and a 12V relay, I've been in some youtube tutorials which is possible to configure as an extra button.

Ok, I tried and I have configure the coin accepter with the power supply and relay fine, I can add coins and works. The problem is when I try to use adding in EGSTART board. I've checked in PC driver that when I insert the coin and is accepted, the board automatically is restarted without "simulate" the button action and getting the error :
      error1.png

Translatying to english will be : "Your game device is not correctly connected"

This is my things connected to relay :

Somebody could you tell me if have an idea about this?

      Thanks and regards,

        Hi,
        I found the problem.
I analyzed the cable button with a tester and I found that also the blue cable also have 5v, I changed the cables changing the red by blue and is working fine.
        Regards,
