Dreamcast Windows CE game stuck on start

So im trying to play on Dreamcast Windows CE game with redream but im getting this image -
Sega Windows ce
and its just stuck on that image...
Any ideas ? -
@shavecat afaik, redream doesn't support DC wince games

@barbudreadmon is correct. Although flycast has WinCE support, but only for 64 bit systems.
WinCE support is being developed for redream but it's unknown when it will be ready or what kind of performance there will be on a pi 4.

Yes, iirc there were major performance concerns about porting it to 32-bit
