Raspi Config - Country

so I am just booting up my RetroPie for the first time using Raspberry pi 4. I went 
image url)through the controller configuration screen and then this came up. It wants me to enter a command re WiFi country use but tbh I have no idea what i am doing. I have been trying to find the answer but I was hoping a kind soul here might take pity on me and tell me what I should be writing. I’m in the UK -
It tells you to use raspi-config. You can run it by
sudo raspi-config(sudo runs it as root = administrator).
