Unable to install binary for kodi (404)

Pi Model or other hardware: Raspberry Pi 4 Model B 2019 Quad Core 64 Bit WiFi Bluetooth (4GB)
Power Supply used: CanaKit 3.5A Raspberry Pi 4 Power Supply (USB-C)
RetroPie Version Used: 4.6
Built From: Rapsbian Buster -- pre-made SD Image from Amazon
USB Devices connected: INNEXT SNES Controller (Wired)

Long and short is that Kodi stopped working from a pre-made image when I installed a few additional add-ons. I used Manage Optional Packages from RPSETUP to uninstall Kodi. Upon re-installing it from the pre-compiled binary, I would be presented with the following message: "Unable to install binary for kodi".

To try to fix this myself, I SSH'd into the pi and ran: sudo apt-get install kodi only to receive 404 errors while trying to fetch archives. Please see below:
