Pi Model or other hardware: Pi 4 4GB
Power Supply used: CanaKit 3.5A USB-C Raspberry Pi 4 Power Supply
RetroPie Version Used (eg 3.6, 3.8.1, 4.1 - do not write latest): 4.6
Built From: Pre made SD Image on RetroPie website
USB Devices connected: Logitech Wireless Keyboard
      Controller used: Logitech Wireless Keyboard
      Error messages received: None
      Verbose log (if relevant):
Guide used: (Mention if you followed a guide)
File: (File with issue - with FULL path)
Emulator: (Name of emulator - if applicable)
Attachment of config files: (PLEASE USE PASTEBIN.COM FOR LARGE LOGS)
How to replicate the problem: After booting the Pi Retropie seemed to be running normally but whenever I try to get into any of the configuration menus I only get a black screen. Everything else displays normally except for the menu options like raspi-config or retropie setup (any of the menu choices that take you to the blue options screen). It may be worth noting that I am able to back out of this black screen and go back into emulation station.

If you have a 4k tv/monitor, then use raspi-config and change your default video resolution to 1080p.
