    Raspberri PI 4 4Gb Ram
Vr 4.6.1 downloaded from the site and updated through the net
    Raspberri Pi usb-c official AC

Whenever I try to hook my PI up to my 4K tv, it screws wit most of the options due to an error in the code (found the discussion on reddit) so I am trying to force it into certain resolutions.

I went into config.txt and setup the information only to be told Permission Denied?

How do I enable permissions to edit said file?
I am running through WInSCP to edit and modify my files.

I'd like to fully admit I'm a moron...
The cord wasn't fully plugged in which is why my recording device and etc were having issue detecting the raspberry pi..

I am so so so sorry for wasting your time.
