Joystick/buttons and monitors

Hi guys, I am trying to shop for options on joystick/buttons and monitors. Wondering if someone can help me get answers to below:
- Joystick/button: I am US-based and wondering where would be a good place to get them for relatively cheap/quality built?
- Monitors: It seems like 4:3 or 16:9 (using bezel themes) aspect ratios are the best ways to go. what is the best monitor size that is comfortable? 19-22 inch? Looks to me 19 inch is too small and may have alot of left over spaces (left and right) of the monitor. Also how much should i be paying for these and where do you guys recommend buying?
