      I have already downloaded "retropie-buster-4.6-rpi2_rpi3.img.gz" 3 times today and I always get the same md5sums:

      $ md5sum retropie-buster-4.6-rpi2_rpi3.img.gz
      d41d8cd98f00b204e9800998ecf8427e  retropie-buster-4.6-rpi2_rpi3.img.gz
      $ md5sum retropie-buster-4.6-rpi2_rpi3.img
      a78edce703e237a48121caf1839bd12d  retropie-buster-4.6-rpi2_rpi3.img

      But the download page informs that the correct md5 should be

      md5: 2e082ef5fc2d7cf7d910494cf0f7185b

      Could someone please confirm if the files I've downloaded are corrupted of if the download page is wrong?

      Solution: Got the right md5sum when the file is downloaded using wget (Linux).

        d41d8cd98f00b204e9800998ecf8427e is the md5sum of an empty file so it looks like the download didn't complete.

        The checksum on the website is correct. (I just downloaded and verified)

          Just noticed I have checked the gz file hash while it was being downloaded (again) and checked the img file from a previous download.

          I re-downloaded it using wget and got the right checksum. Thanks!
